Dimensions

The fort was of square form measuring 1141/2 feet on each side (3). These dimensions also included the bastions. The square of the fort, without the bastions, was to be approximately 100 feet.

Plans

The detailed plans of this fort go back to 1692 and were preserved in the archives of France. These plans, facts on the scale by an engineer, provided all the information necessary to rebuild in depth and with exactitude this fort of the 17th century in the provincial capital. A foreground shows us where it is located, the second gives us an air sight and the third is a detailed layout of the fort. These plans, with the estimates, should now be remade by an architect for the ends of rebuilding.
